Santa Barbara Summer Style

Made it back from our much annual family vacation to California and missing the Santa Barbara Summer style already! A West Coast girl at heart (if you don’t know, I’m an Arizona native), I live for California summer nights that cool down into the upper 60s.

I found this Kate spade Linda top at a steal of a price at our local Kate Spade store in Highland Village. I stepped out of my comfort-zone and went with a medium for a more oversized look.

Meanwhile these cropped jeans were a staple in my Santa Barbara summer style during the trip. Plus they’re less than $120 an fit great – they don’t stretch out to a completely different size and are super comfy!

Our house was on the Riviera – the upper deck of mountains overlooking the city – so it tended to get a little warmer during the day, but then quickly cooled at night. Bringing along a wrap or scarf, like this tassel navy wrap, was a must whenever we went out.
