Maybe it’s just me, but I feel like this one shoulder polka dot dress looks so much more expensive than it actually is! I initially saw it on a friend who has the most darling clothes and when she revealed to me it was from a local boutique called… Target (ha ha)… so, I ran to my nearest location and picked it up!
I took my normal size, even though I was a bit worried on chest fit, since it doesn’t have a zipper. It’s simply a slip over your head sort of style. It also comes with a ribbon belt, but I decided to pull it off.
