Purchasing these jet black Madewell ankle-zip jeans was a bit out of my comfort zone. I usually don’t gravitate towards denim that’s darker than a deep blue, but the minute I tried them on, I knew I needed a pair for fall.
In an effort to not stray too far from my usual preppy aesthetic, a few accent pieces topped an edgy base. Softening the edgy layers, came with yet another tweed Gap purchase and feminine wedges certain to carry from season to season. Stepping out of my comfort zone may be just what my wardrobe needs this fall… currently in my shopping cart is this moto-esque vest and leather accented tee.
