As a blogger and social media influencer, I spend a lot of time on the Internet. Whether it be emailing, handling online transactions or socializing via Facebook or Twitter, there’s always something I’m doing on my computer, laptop or phone.
With the constant use of technology comes a fear of mine that resonates with everyone, having your information compromised or stolen. It’s happened to me more than a few times. Try changing your password every so often, not signing-on to open wi-fi networks, but you still remain exposed.
Meet Sudo.
This revolutionary app gives you and I the power to control our online persona and privacy. Sudo offers a new way to protect privacy, personal data and safety both online and off.
Remember the Target scandal a few years ago where tons of credit card numbers were compromised? Well, guess what, of course not one, but two credit cards of mine were on those lists! It was a debacle that I’d rather not deal with again. The stolen numbers were used right before Christmas and my cards needed to be cancelled while I was out of town (talk about inconvenience!), needless to say I’ve been super weary about using my card at big-box retailers for fear of another hack.
With my consistent phone usage, whether it’s checking email, Instagram or any other social accounts; surfing the web or making a quick purchase while I’m out and about, I rely on the Sudo app to give me the protection I need.
Sudo’s secure browser feature is one of my favorite aspects. I recently made a purchase that required me to setup a login before I could move forward. Usually I just click guest, as I’m not super keen on divulging info to websites that I may only order from once. However, with Sudo, I could keep peace of mind that my purchase was secure.
Creating a private persona is super easy and I know that I will be staying anonymous during the entire transaction.
That same purchase required me to save my credit card information, something I hate doing! I would rather retype my information over and over than save it. Maybe it’s just me, but I feel like this is a one-way ticket to giving over your information in a super easy manner.
Again, using the Sudo app for safe and secure browsing keeps my online identity anonymous and I can submit secure and disposable virtual credit cards connected to my Apple pay.

So you might be asking, how can Sudo work for me? Well, the answer is simple. We all want to protect our online identities! The World Wide Web is a vast place, filled with people who are just itching to grab our information. Whether it’s making that quick, on-the-iPhone transaction or emailing with a prospective client, Sudo offers ways to keep our identities a secret whenever we aren’t feeling too comfortable, or just want to keep ourselves safe.
Have you had any online horror stories where your privacy was compromised? Share with me in the comments and be sure to download the Sudo app!
