Happy Wednesday, friends! Fittingly today’s post is a little word play on workwear Wednesday. Even though I no longer work in an office environment, I wanted to share some spring work style inspiration.
I have been absolutely loving statement sleeves lately. How insanely amazing are these ?? I wore this top a few weeks ago to a breakfast and a few meetings after and received SO many compliments. I ended up grabbing it in the solid light blue too.
When I used to work in an office, I loved picking up a few statement pieces for the season. I’d always pair them with classic items that I wove in and out of my workwear wardrobe from season to season. For spring work style, pair your go-to ankle pants or slacks with a statement top and some pretty heels.
And when you don’t need to wear heels, switch them out for a comfortable pair of flats. If you have the designer budget, grab a pair of . You’ve seen me wear them in past posts here and here. They are 100% worth the price. If on a stricter budget, grab this dupe pair .

This work outfit is so cute! I recently changed jobs and don’t have to dress as business-like as I did before but sometimes I like wearing more professional outfits like this. I’d definitely have to get the flats though because I can’t do heels lol
