It’s pretty rare for me to not gravitate towards anything gingham, and with the weather in perfect spring-swing here in Houston, this darling gingham tweed top is a no-brainer.Â

I’ve talked about it before, but I’m a firm believer that there’s no set rule for white after Labor Day or prior to Memorial Day (see post where I discuss this topic here). If you feel like wearing white denim, then go for it. I personally go by the rule of if it’s 75 degrees or higher outside, white denim is a go.
I think what attracted me most to this darling tweed gingham top, is it’s versatility. Wear alone like I am above, or under a navy cardigan or blue blazer for dressier situations. You could very easily wear it with a chic pencil skirt and heels in the office, too. I’ve also got visions of wearing it tucked into a pair of white . What do you think?
But with every new item that comes into my closet, I’m working on purging a few not-so-worn items and either selling on the Poshmark app or donating them. Then it’s a win-win situation for all. What do you do with your previously loved clothes? Would love to hear below in the comments!
