I’ve had my eye on this belt for quite some time. I love the reversible leather, from the logo LV print, to a solid red leather, but was hesitant to make the purchase in stores. If you recall from previous posts, I already have an Hermes reversible belt, which was quite an investment. So before I made my purchase, I decided to do some due-diligence on eBay.

How do I eBay? I search the specific name of the item, for example this belt is called the ‘LV Initiales 30MM Reversible belt’ usually I’ll add the keyword ‘women’ as well if it’s a gender specific item. Once the search has turned up results, eBay makes it easy to streamline the results even further based on different options like buy now or shipping time filters.
I will admit, one factor that makes me extremely nervous when purchasing a luxury item on a third-party website, is authenticity. Fortunately, ebay.com offers , allowing me to shop with total confidence and if the authenticity can’t be verified, you’ll receive a full refund!
One of my own personal tips for a better eBay shopping experience, is spend time reading seller reviews! Not only can you see initial percentage of feedback on the sellers’ prior transactions, but you can read specific reviews that detail transaction and/or shipping experience.
Needless to say, I’m thrilled with the latest addition to my designer accessories collection. I’ve been pairing my LV belt with my go-to jeans and T-shirt uniform thus far this summer. I know I’ll be wearing it with a variety of different outfit combinations, including belted dresses and paired with my trusty denim cut-off shorts.
