I’m all about making grocery shopping a fun and memorable experience! That’s why I love playing the at my neighborhood Randalls each year. Lucky for you, this year’s program is just getting started!
I play the MONOPOLY Collect & Win game at my local Randalls, but you can Shop, Play, Win! at any of the Albertsons Companies stores like Albertsons, Safeway, ACME Markets, Jewel-Osco, Vons, Pavilions, Tom Thumb, Shaw’s, Star Market, Carrs/Safeway, United Supermarkets, Amigos, Albertsons Market and Market Street stores.
Since I was eighteen, I remember receiving my MONOPOLY Collect & Win game board and corresponding pieces when my family shopped at our neighborhood Safeway. While my mom cooked dinner, we would open up the corresponding tickets we received with our grocery purchase and adhere them to the game board to see if we collected any winnings. Although we never won any of the large prizes, we won some pretty great discounts and freebies. We always had a fun time together with the game.

Randalls has always been one of my favorite grocery stores in Houston. I love their neighborhood feel. They’re easy to maneuver and always have everything on my shopping list.
Once my items are bagged and paid for, I receive my game tickets. This is where the fun begins! Usually I’ll get home, unload the car, and head to the closest table to open up my tickets and check out which pieces correspond to my MONOPOLY Collect & Win game board.
In year’s past, I’ve come extremely close to winning various prizes. I think this year, I’m going to try even harder to win. Each ticket includes game markers, and either a special discount offer, a Shop, Play, Win!® online code, an instant win or game ticket coupons. I’ll save these coupons in my purse and bring them back when I’m shopping at Randalls to put towards future purchases.
