The long weekend is right around the corner, are you ready for summer days spent at the lake, by the pool or at the beach?? How about something versatile, that can get wet but helps with sun protection and is still cute like this terry striped tunic.

I for one will be spending a lot of time out in the sun this Fourth of July weekend, we are going to the lake for a few days. So I want to be sure that I keep my skin protected as best as possible and hope to keep my packing on the lighter side (my goal is to keep it to one bag – this adorable Yacht tote of mine.

I’ll definitely be wearing this Cabana Life terrycloth striped tunic out on the boat and to lunch or dinner as well. I recently wore it out to lunch and received so many compliments – the best part is it doesn’t look terrycloth so it can double as a cute summer tunic dress too.

Grab my favorite sandals, for all seasons, Jacks and a cute jute tote bag to carry all your long-weekend items like my favorite sunscreen, a wide-brimmed hat and a cute pair of sunglasses too.
