A few months ago I shared my honest thoughts on body image with y’all, in this post, and it still amazes me how much it resonated with so many of you! I’ve been continuing to stick with my usual workout routine at Orangetheory, when my travels permitted, but I’m also working towards eating healthier and detoxing my body of impurities.
