Raise your hand if you’re ready for the weekend! The weather has been SO wonky here in Texas, first it’s warm, then it’s cold… just the usual indecisive weather over here. For weekends where the sun is shining and the weather is warmer, here’s an easy weekend outfit idea.

You might remember the camouflage printed jacket from this previous outfit post. I love it so much, I can’t stop wearing it. It’s definitely a versatile wardrobe addition that can be worn with jeans or a dress, like this one.
As much as I love my trusty ballet flats, I’ve been reaching for these metallic sneakers and pairing them with a number of my daytime looks lately. I’ve had them for a few years now and they’re still super comfortable and have held up to countless outings at concerts and golf tournaments. They’re lightweight, have great cushion and flexibility. Plus they’ve more than made up for their $130 price tag. A much better deal in my opinion to the trendy Super Goose sneakers. On the weekends, you can catch me in either pajamas, workout gear for spin classes, or an easy weekend outfit idea like this one. This time of year I like to dress in layers, since it can be cold in the morning and warmer in the afternoons. Once the sun is higher in the sky, I’ll take off my jacket and wrap it around my waist. That looks so comfy but still pretty and put-together. I love the sneakers, although they’re in a metallic colour, they’re not too bright and catch too much attention and they’re neutral so they go with everything.
