Primped and pretty

Lately I’ve been hooked on the following beauty products, so I thought I’d share them with y’all.

I tend to keep it pretty simple with my makeup routine, so by no means do I use each of these products every single day. However, it’s been fun to mix and match, try out new combinations and the like. I’m simply in love with Bobbi Brown under eye concealer, trust me it’s a miracle worker! I’ve tried a lot of mascaras in my life, but I am a firm believer that Dior makes the best (Dior’s Diorshow Black Out is also a great one too). I’m not a big foundation wearer… meaning I rarely, if ever, wear it… but a couple of weeks ago I found myself perusing the beauty aisle of a Walgreen’s a couple hours before I had to get ready for a wedding and decided to try my luck with the CoverGirl NatureLuxe. Boy did I get lucky, not only did the color match perfectly (usually why I avoid drugstore cosmetic shopping) but it’s so lightweight and looks incredibly natural (aka as if I’m not wearing any foundation!!!) Finally if you take anything from this post (which are simply my opinions, I wasn’t paid to promote any of these products), please invest in the Urban Decay Naked palette. The eyeshadow shades are absolutely perfect for any occasion, and I’m a major fan of the simplicity and ease of having cohesive shades all together in one place.
