What’s been one of your favorite trends the last few seasons? Without a doubt one of my top three favorites has been athleisure and pairing sneakers with otherwise classic and/or feminine outfits. There’s something timeless about a black and white shift dress, but instead of pairing with my usual sandals or a pair of heels, I opted for a sporty chic dress and Nikes ensemble.Â

The shift is such a classic, and hands down my favorite, style of dress – you can never have too many! I snagged this with swiss dot detail from the and I’m so glad I went for it. I feel like I’ve got some serious street style in a this sporty chic dress and Nikes look. Definitely something you’ll catch me wearing regularly, I’m all about comfort these days and sneakers are my go-to.
To be honest, I probably could’ve sized down one dress size in this . There weren’t many sizes left, so I just grabbed what I thought would fit off the rack. It’s a looser fit to begin with, so I may try to belt the dress for future wear. I could also knot a jean jacket around my waist too!
How are you approaching the sporty chic dress and Nikes trend? I want to wear more of this look! I now own a pair of all as well as this pair of I grabbed from the sale. I tend to always stock up on a pair of every year during the NSale; they’re always marked down to a great price before they go back up to full-price again!
