Ingredients

store-bought classic pizza crust

Boursin cheese

Mission figs
halved
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2
cups
Fresh Arugula
Thinly sliced Prosciutto
Balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Unroll crust onto a sheet pan with parchment paper
Brush crust generously with EVOO
Spread Boursin cheese generously on top of crust
Place halved figs around crust
Sprinkle with salt
Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown
Place pan on a wire rack to cool for 2 minutes
Sprinkle pizza with freshly washed Arugula
Top with thin slices of Prosciutto
Drizzle with more EVOO and Balsamic Vinegar
Top with cracked pepper
Slice and enjoy!
